If for some reason you’re dissatisfied at any time during the first 365 days after purchase, simply return all components of the products we shipped to you. (This also includes deleting all digital video, audio, and text files you received.)

Let us know you’d like a full refund.

You will get your money back. That’s our commitment to you. In order to serve our customers better in the future, we would love to know why you were not satisfied. But that is not a requirement to get your refund.

Physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can quickly make a refund. Please email us first so we know the package is coming.
